Job summary

International Autos in Wisconsin is seeking an energetic Automotive Service Advisor who can greet customers, listen to concerns, perform a basic vehicle inspection in collaboration with technicians, and clearly present repair options.

You will create detailed repair orders, keep customers informed, identify sales opportunities, and help schedule future service. We value customer focus, integrity, and a long‑term commitment to our growing team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant.
• Energetic with a desire for a long-term career in a growing organization.
• Demonstrates integrity and professional ethics.
• Experience with ADP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to vehicle concerns, and gather information.
• Perform basic visual vehicle inspections in collaboration with technicians.
• Consult with technicians to diagnose issues and present repair options.
• Create detailed repair orders with work, parts, and estimates.
• Communicate customer needs clearly to service staff.
• Provide updates to customers on repair progress and answers to questions.
• Identify up-selling opportunities for maintenance services.
• Schedule future service appointments with customers.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle service history records.
