Heiser Automotive Group in Milwaukee has immediate openings for Service Advisors who bring professionalism, strong communication, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. As a Service Advisor you will be the primary contact for guests and coordinate service experiences.

You will prepare estimates, document labor and time, and act as a liaison between guests and technicians. The role requires a High School Diploma, a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid, clean Wisconsin driver's license is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and initiate automotive service and repair processes
• Accurately identify vehicle performance concerns and service needs
• Contact assigned guests twice daily with status updates
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage
• Develop accurate estimates for recommended repairs
• Prepare and document repair orders
• Serve as the communication link between guests and Technicians
• Ensure Technicians understand customer needs and concerns
• Clearly explain recommended services and repair findings to guests
