Job summary

Harri in Wisconsin seeks a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the primary contact between customers and the service department, handling drop-off to pick-up and ensuring a positive service experience.

Responsibilities include writing repair orders, communicating with technicians, presenting estimates, and upselling maintenance. Strong automotive knowledge and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service (automotive preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or business training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to vehicle concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Write up repair orders and document customer requests and technician recommendations.
• Provide cost estimates, explain services, and obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate with technicians to communicate repair status and timelines.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and ensure satisfaction at delivery.
• Upsell preventative maintenance and service packages where appropriate.
• Manage service appointment scheduling and workflow.
