Qualifications

• 1+ year Service Advisor/Service Writer experience preferred.
• 1+ year sales experience or ability to sell services.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Answer incoming calls and assist with service questions.
• Sell recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Enter and track customer and vehicle information in shop software.
• Document service needs upon arrival and build estimates.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs.
• Review inspection results with technicians and communicate recommendations.
• Assign work orders based on technician availability and skill.
• Track progress and notify customers when vehicles are ready.
• Assist with general shop operations as needed.
