The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and collaboration with the sales team to negotiate terms and deliver a smooth purchasing process. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred, with a focus on customer satisfaction and ongoing follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or related customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in computer systems and sales software.
• Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand automotive needs.
• Provide guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
• Conduct test drives and highlight vehicle benefits.
• Assist with the purchase process and complete necessary paperwork.
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Negotiate sales prices and lease payments with customers, sales managers, and F&I personnel.
