Job summary

Holman Enterprises in North Carolina seeks an Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle buying process. You will conduct demonstrations, present features, financing and lease options, and build lasting relationships through superb service.

You'll work with Sales Managers and the F&I team to finalize deals, use CRM tools for tracking, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Present vehicle features, financing, and lease options.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
• Work with Sales Managers and F&I team members to finalize deals.
