Holman Enterprises through Autopark Honda is seeking a driven Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle purchase, demonstrations, and test drives, while presenting financing options and building lasting relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales Managers and the finance team to finalize deals, use CRM tools to manage opportunities, and aim to meet or exceed sales goals. A valid driver’s license and customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Present vehicle features, financing, and lease options.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
• Work with Sales Managers and F&I team members to finalize deals.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
