Holman Enterprises is seeking a Sales Consultant for Ford Maple Shade, focusing on guiding customers through the car-buying process and ensuring a thorough needs analysis. You will explain features, demonstrate vehicle operation, and coordinate paperwork and delivery to maximize the customer experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with college degree preferred and prior sales or customer service experience highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork.
• Greets customers on the sales floor and performs a needs analysis.
• Explains features/benefits and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road.
• Negotiates sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade-in, license fee and rebates.
• Completes all paperwork and arranges for delivery of vehicle.
• Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle.
