World Market in Park City is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-performance team and drive sales while upholding our brand values. You will partner with the Store Manager to supervise daily operations, develop staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires proven leadership in a fast-paced retail setting, strong communication, coaching, and the ability to coach in-the-moment. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is often required.

• Plan for and execute daily tasks in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team aligned with company values.
• Utilize company tools and training to ensure proper execution of key functions.
• Maintain Loss Prevention policies and inventory management initiatives.
• Support a safe work environment through ongoing safety training and accountability.
