Angove Partners is seeking a Solutions Engineer in New York to act as the technical bridge between our product and financial institutions. This role is hands-on, customer-facing and owns end-to-end implementation from discovery to deployment, delivering measurable value from day one.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to tailor solutions, document requirements, and demonstrate technical capabilities that drive successful outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical, product, or customer-facing role.
• Solid understanding of API concepts and web technologies.
• Detail-oriented with ability to document requirements clearly.
• Natural problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Highly collaborative and able to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand requirements and design implementation strategy for identity verification solutions.
• Guide customers through API integrations and ensure successful deployment.
• Create technical documentation, implementation plans, and solution architectures for customer needs.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations showcasing the platform’s capabilities.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering to feed customer insights back into the roadmap.
