Job summary

You will design implementation plans, guide onboarding, and translate feedback into product roadmap input. Strong communication, coordination, and fintech domain knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Implementation in FinTech/RegTech/B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on skills with SQL, Node.js, and React; experience with integration scoping and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with KYB, KYC, AML, or fraud/identity verification workflows.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with competing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales as a technical expert during discovery and solution design.
• Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements tied to customer workflows.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, timelines, and success criteria for deployments.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding, coordinating with internal teams.
• Design and deliver customer training and technical documentation.
