Angove Partners is seeking a Solutions Engineer in New York to act as the technical bridge between our product and financial institutions. This role is hands-on, customer-facing and owns end-to-end implementation from discovery to deployment, delivering measurable value from day one.

You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to tailor solutions, document requirements, and demonstrate technical capabilities that drive successful outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical, product, or customer-facing role.
• Solid understanding of API concepts and web technologies.
• Detail-oriented with ability to document requirements clearly.
• Natural problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Highly collaborative and able to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Angove Partners is partnering with a high-growth AI risk platform, seeking a Solutions Engineer in New York. It's an exciting time to join the business, which uses AI to automate merchant onboarding, underwriting, and fraud prevention for financial institutions and is scaling quickly.

The Role

You’ll sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success, acting as the technical bridge between the product and the financial institutions that depend on it. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you’ll own implementation end to end. From technical discovery through to successful deployment helping customers realise real, measurable value from day one.

• Guide customers through API integrations and ensure successful product deployment
• Create technical documentation, implementation plans, and solution architectures tailored to specific customer needs
