Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Solutions Engineer in New York to support the New Business and Account Management teams. You will execute technical demonstrations, validate product fit, and ensure customers have the technical confidence to convert.

You’ll deliver tailored demos, configure standard solutions, manage pilots, and work with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless handover and documentation of integration requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineering, Technical Support, or Implementation.
• Strong understanding of web technologies including APIs and JavaScript.
• Ability to explain technical features to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery: support Account Executives in uncovering customer needs and environments.
• Product Demonstrations: deliver tailored demos articulating Trustpilot’s value and ROI.
• Solution Delivery: configure and present standard solutions addressing customer pain points.
• Proof-of- Concepts: manage pilots to validate requirements and impact.
• Technical Enablement: act as trusted advisor during the sales cycle and resolve blockers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Engineering and Implementation teams.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: maintain documentation for proposed solutions and integration requirements.
• Feedback Loop: capture customer insights to inform product.
