Job summary

Trustpilot Italia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with New Business and Account Management, translating customer needs into tailored solutions and driving value during the sales process.

You will design integration approaches, deliver technical credibility, and support pilots to validate impact prior to contracting. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role blending technology with commercial influence.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical advisory roles within a SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web integrations, data flows and typical SaaS architectures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Technical discovery with Account Executives to uncover customer needs, environments, and integration requirements.
• Design clear, scalable solutions that meet objectives and align with technical feasibility.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations articulating Trustpilot’s value, ROI and flexibility.
• Support pilot programs and proof-of-concepts to validate functionality before signature.
• Act as trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle and help resolve blockers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Implementation for solution integrity and handover.
• Maintain documentation for proposed solutions and integration requirements.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap prioritization.
