Trustpilot, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in New York to be the technical and consultative partner to the New Business and Account Management teams, enabling customers to realize the value of Trustpilot’s platform during the sales process.

You will translate customer needs into tailored solutions, design integration approaches, and deliver technical credibility that drives confidence and conversion.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting or technical advisory roles within a SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web integrations, data flows, and common SaaS architecture.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—translate technical concepts into business value.
• Customer-centric and commercially aware with strong problem-solving ability.
• Able to manage multiple sales opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Technical Discovery: uncover customer needs, environments, and integration requirements.
• Solution Design: develop clear, scalable solutions meeting objectives and feasibility.
• Product Demonstrations: deliver tailored demos showing value and ROI.
• Proof-of-Concepts: support pilots to validate functionality and impact before signature.
• Technical Enablement: act as trusted advisor through the sales cycle, answering questions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Engineering, and Implementation for handover.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: maintain documentation for proposed solutions.
