Job summary

HackerRank is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work on-site with our customers, serving as the primary technical presence and leading pilots and demos. This full-time, hybrid role is based in New York City, with collaboration across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to deliver practical, goal-driven solutions.

You will configure, debug, and explain web apps and integrations, generating API scripts in Ruby or Python as needed.

• Use AI and other tools to deliver faster, reliable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM to elevate the voice of the customer.
