Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and visually monitor store environments.
• Excellent communication with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer entering or exiting the store with a warm smile and friendly greeting.
• Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to reduce opportunities for theft.
• Provide support in training associates on shortage reduction programs.
