Job summary

Glocomms is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers, translating complex requirements into scalable software, and leading end-to-end deployments across software, hardware, cloud, and operations.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to drive implementations, improvements, and scalable solutions in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, implementation consulting, or a similar technical role.
• Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders on technical projects.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, system design, and data workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to deploy and expand technology solutions in production environments.
• Translate business processes and operational workflows into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end system architectures and integrations.
• Develop scripts, automation tools, and prototypes to support customer implementations.
• Troubleshoot deployment challenges and optimize solution performance.
• Lead technical workshops, onboarding sessions, and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
• Support customers as they scale solutions across multiple teams, sites, or business units.
