Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits and memberships.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with strong first impressions.
• Upsell products and monthly wash packages to drive revenue.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Engage with customers pre/post wash for satisfaction and feedback.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS) and process transactions.
• Assist with daily tasks and adhere to company policies.
