Express Wash Concepts is hiring a Team Member in Pickerington, OH. You will deliver outstanding customer service, present Unlimited Wash Club options, and help customers choose the best packages while maintaining a fast, friendly environment.

Paid training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture are emphasized. This on-site role requires basic computer/POS use and a willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the full shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs; up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and upsell unlimited car wash packages.
• Greet customers and exceed expectations with a strong first impression.
• Engage with customers during and after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain quality checks and safety protocols.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge base.
