Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site in a fast-paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and a professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear the required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations with strong first impressions.
• Engage with customers during/after wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain quality control through accurate checks.
• Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS).
• Pitch memberships with new customers.
• Learn wash process and equipment to grow knowledge base.
• Perform related duties as required and assigned.
