Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers with shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers and address needs proactively.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following policy.
• Own escalated account service issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners when appropriate.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling, vault, ATM and wire activity.
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC-related activities in line with procedures.
• Follow compliance and risk controls; support brand and culture of M&T Bank.
