Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Proven verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-organized with solid time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient with internet-based technology and basic banking software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently per Bank policy.
• Engage customers in lobby, greet visitors, and address immediate needs; transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Log and resolve customer complaints; ensure proper documentation in the system.
• Complete branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers) and maintain account information.
• Perform Consumer AML/KYC related activities and uphold compliance with risk controls.
