Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions and make recommendations.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain loan decision criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and resolve overdrafts.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand relationships.
• Assist with AML/KYC processes and identify potential fraud.
• Log customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Promote compliance and internal controls; support audit points.
