Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated branch experience.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers to address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Own escalated account service issues and log customer complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Perform branch operational activities including cash ordering and wire transfers.
• Process customer and account maintenance accurately.
• Conduct AML/KYC related activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support risk controls and contribute to audit remediation and fraud prevention.
