• Engage in lobby management, greeting customers and addressing immediate needs.
• Process and balance customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Resolve escalated account service issues and log complaints accurately.
• Transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Perform branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer and account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/KYC-related activities and comply with risk controls.
• Promote M&T Bank brand and maintain internal control standards.
• Assist in audits and mitigate preventable losses.
