Formación

• High school diploma or GED with minimum 6 months customer service, data entry and/or cash handling experience.
• Demonstrated verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Well-organized with time management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient with internet-based tools and general computer usage.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and offering solutions.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank policy.
• Own escalated account service issues and log customer complaints.
• Transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Handle branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Complete AML/BSA/KYC related activities and maintain compliance.
