Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience with data entry and/or cash handling.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with internet-based technology.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations.
• Identify self-service opportunities that meet the customer’s needs.
• Lobby management: greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Own escalated account services issues until resolution.
• Log customer complaints in the system.
• Introduce to appropriate banking partner for sales opportunities.
• Handle branch operations like cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers.
• Perform AML/KYC-related activities and ensure compliance.
