Job summary

Target in Tomball, TX is seeking a Service and Engagement Team Leader to coach hourly team members, drive guest experience, and help deliver store goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead Guest Advocates and Front of Store staff, manage workloads, and support campaigns while upholding safety and compliance. The role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate across multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) allowed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments consistently.
• Lead a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and sales objectives.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance in daily operations.
• Support drive-up and pickup services and digital guest interactions.
