Job summary

Target is hiring a Service & Engagement Team Leader in Tomball, TX. You will guide a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants to deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience while meeting store goals.

You will plan daily workloads, coach team members, and lead initiatives to improve guest service, inclusivity, and safety. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent guest experience and uphold Target standards.
• Lead a team of hourly team members, including coaching and accountability.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support goals.
• Manage guest interactions and resolve issues promptly.
