Marshalls in Merriam, KS is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience, supervise Associates, and drive loyalty programs, while maintaining a clean, organized store.

You will train and coach team members, manage registers, coordinate breaks, and collaborate with management to meet safety, labor, and performance goals; flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Promotes an excellent customer experience and leads by example with front-end principles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Willingness to train and mentor Associates on front-end operations and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and promotes loyalty programs.
• Oversees front-of-store Associates and coordinates POS coverage and breaks.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalized customer service.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures.
• Promotes safety and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities to the team.
