Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train others and mentor Associates.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example and engage with customers to promote loyalty programs.
• Train and coach Associates on front-end principles and tasks.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store standards.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
