Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader at TJ Maxx in Great Falls, MT to ensure excellent customer service and a well-organized store environment. You will mentor Associates, manage registers, and support loyalty and credit programs while maintaining store standards.

You will train staff, respond to customer needs, and collaborate with store management to meet goals. Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example.
• Oversee front-of-store Associates and POS coverage; manage breaks.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promote and support credit and loyalty programs.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
