Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor in Glendale to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates. The role oversees cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of supervisory CS experience or 4 years of CS experience, plus at least 2 years of computer work. The position is full-time, store-based with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience
• High school diploma and/or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store
• Demonstrate understanding and compliance of customer service SOPs (cashiering, credit and close-out)
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKUs
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product related questions
• Research inventory-related discrepancies and adjust in the inventory tracking system
• Audit reports including inventory control, returns, and void reports
• Monitor shipping/receiving documents for accuracy
• Open and/or close the store as needed
