Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies is hiring a front-end supervisor to elevate the customer experience and lead a team of Associates. You will model outstanding service, support loyalty programs, and keep the store organized while coaching staff on front-end best practices.

This role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will train, motivate, and schedule Associates, ensure POS coverage, address issues swiftly, and uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example, engage with customers, and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure tasks align with store plans and communicate priorities to the team.
