CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store activities, balance customer service with property maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean facility. You will work primarily daytime hours with potential Sundays off and earn competitive pay from day one.

You’ll build relationships with customers, hit monthly goals, manage leasing, payments, and invoices, and support budget and inventory while growing with a company that values team members across the U.S.

Formación

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, bend, climb or balance on a ladder as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS system, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
• Managing the invoice review and approval responsibilities within database.
• Processing invoices, managing reports and legal process of auctions.
• Overseeing the store’s expense budget while maintaining store supplies and retail inventory.
