Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store activities, customer service, and maintenance. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and efficient store operations across locations in the U.S.

You will handle leasing, payments, invoicing, and inventory while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and order. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Able to stand, kneel, crawl, bend, and climb as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and offering solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and provide excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including unit showings and payments processing.
• Manage leasing, rent collection, and POS transactions; conduct bank deposits.
• Review and approve invoices and manage related reports.
• Oversee the store budget and inventory levels.
