Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and train crew on the BEST experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates; drive sales and control expenses.
