Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BESt customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and customer service quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and oversees store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing processes including cash handling and security.
