Five Below in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations, coach crew, and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will lead opening/closing, training, merchandising, and respond to store needs while maintaining safety and excellent service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in management, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment. This is an hourly role based in-store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Wowing customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure high service standards.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations when needed.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and ensure readiness for operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales by improving merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance tasks as required.
