Job summary

Five Below in Toms River, NJ is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a dynamic crew and deliver WOW customer service every day. You will manage front-end operations, merchandising, training, and daily open/close routines while upholding brand standards and store cleanliness.

You will recruit, coach, and supervise staff, communicate with corporate partners, and step in as acting store manager when needed, ensuring targets are met and guest satisfaction stays high.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to wow customers and train on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the Manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Review corporate communications and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and routine housekeeping.
• Additional responsibilities as determined by the Store Manager.
