Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer with personal contact and great service.
• Helps oversee daily activities of store associates and maintains high customer service standards.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for rapid floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and service.
• Partners with store leadership in merchandising and recovery processes.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room organization.
