Job summary

Five Below is seeking an hourly Crew/Store Leader in Byrnes Downs, SC, to help deliver a WOW customer experience. You will train and supervise store associates, oversee daily operations, handle opening/closing procedures, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Train the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store; secure cash, unlock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
