Job summary

Five Below in Charleston is seeking an energetic store leader to supervise crew, deliver WOW customer service, and manage daily store operations. You will train staff, oversee opening/closing, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while supporting merchandising and recovery efforts.

Minimum 1 year of management experience and a High School Diploma are required; some college experience is preferred. Position starts at $13.50 per hour with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure great service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and prep daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses via merchandising and service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance tasks.
