Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service experience and oversees daily store operations.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and handles staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing procedures, cash security, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and world recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance and ensures stockroom organization.
