Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Crew Supervisor to ensure outstanding customer service and smooth store operations. You will oversee daily activities, train staff on the BEST customer experience, and assist with stock management to keep the sales floor vibrant and organized.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Demonstrated composure under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience training or supervising crew members is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and exceptional service.
• Trains crew on customer service standards and checkout efficiency.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staffing.
