Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a capable store leader to ensure top-notch customer service and smooth daily operations. You will oversee crew performance, train staff on the BEST customer experience, and manage stock receipt and merchandising, while acting as Manager on Duty as needed.

This role requires flexible hours and a focus on efficient store operations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring a fast, friendly checkout.
Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance and service quality.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
Act as Manager on Duty and assume store operations, staff management, and urgent issue resolution.
