Five Below is seeking a capable crew manager to coordinate daily store operations and lead a team to deliver a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will train staff, oversee tasks, assist with receiving and stocking, and act as Manager on Duty as needed.

A minimum of one year in a supervisory role and strong communication are required. Ideal candidates maintain composure under pressure, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and help drive sales through effective merchandising and excellent guest

Competenze

• High School Graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
