Job summary

ShopRite of Shrewsbury in Shrewsbury, NJ, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the store team and drive outstanding customer experience. The role reports to the Store Manager and is exempt, with responsibilities spanning daily operations, safety, and team leadership.

The successful candidate will oversee Front End, Bookkeeping, and merchandising activities, coach associates, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to meet department and company goals.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Lifting up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to lead and engage store Associates.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise store functions to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience goals.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Associates to improve morale and performance.
• Oversee Front End, Bookkeeping, and store presentation duties as applicable.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in daily operations.
