ShopRite at Branchburg is seeking a Customer Service Manager (Store Operations) to guide and supervise daily store functions and Associates. You will drive sales, improve customer experience, and elevate associate engagement with a focus on safety, presentation, and efficiency.

With the General Store Manager, you will implement best practices to ensure consistent performance, lead a team, and foster a positive, high-energy environment at ShopRite of Branchburg in Branchburg, NJ.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all store functions and associates to achieve sales, profit, and customer experience goals.
• Lead a culture of continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and associate morale.
• Supervise Front End, Bookkeeping, Courtesy, Scanning, and related tasks to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor operations, safety, and regulatory compliance; manage staffing to meet store needs.
• Develop talent within departments and coach Associates for performance and growth.
